What's the best gift you've ever given?

As a team whose competitive advantage is hospitality, testing a future team member's hospitality-orientation is very important to us. But that's obviously not the most straightforward attribute to test for. One of our favorite questions that we ask related to this topic is what the best gift is that the applicant has ever given. The answer shows how people take care of those they care about.

And over the years, we've seen some amazingly thoughtful responses.
