We love brokers, but why pay if you don't have to? By selling directly to us, you keep an extra 4-6% of the sales price.

We know selling is a big deal and may require you to coordinate moving to a new location. We can close as quickly, or slowly, as works for you and your family.

We aren't looking for the "best deal", we're looking for a fair deal (one that reflects the campground's performance, potential upside, and is at a valuation that works for you, us, and "the banks").

We care when your guests become our guests and when your team becomes our team. We will treat them with the respect they deserve.
What we look for:
We love campgrounds of all shapes and sizes, but campgrounds with at least 150 sites tend to work best with our model.
Tourist destinations can look like a national park or a race track, a major city or a university town. If there's "a reason" your campers are coming to your area, we'd be thrilled to learn all about it.
City life can be tiring, and campgrounds can offer a great escape. If your campground is within 3 hours of a major city, we'd be excited to learn more.
